Using temp-to-hire personnel is
an increasingly popular method of finding employees
for clients. Under this scenario, a candidate is evaluated
over a temporary period (e.g. 90 days) as an employee
of RBSI Staffing Solutions, prior to becoming a permanent
employee of the client company.
The trial evaluation period provided by the temp-to-perm
